Hydrolysed collagen with high bioavailability

GELAFORM is produced through a gentle hydrolysis process that breaks amino acid chains down into short peptides. This reduced molecular structure promotes fast, efficient absorption by the body, unlike gelatine or non-hydrolysed collagen. The product dissolves easily in any liquid at room temperature, without altering its taste or texture.

GELAFORM mainly provides type I and II collagen, the most abundant in cartilage, tendons, bones and skin, along with smaller proportions of types III, IV and V.

Usage tips

Take 2 to 3 teaspoons or 1 measuring scoop of 25 ml per day. Pour the powder into your morning coffee or tea, a fruit juice, water, milk or yoghurt at room temperature, and stir well until fully dissolved. We recommend dissolving GELAFORM in a juice rich in vitamin C (orange, acerola or lemon juice), which promotes collagen absorption. Regular use over 2 to 3 months is recommended. The Bio-Gestion 25 ml measuring scoop matches exactly one daily dose.
