Shipping

All orders bound for Switzerland are shipped from Switzerland. After dispatch, orders can take 1 to 2 business days to reach their destination by priority mail, and 3 to 4 business days by standard mail. Shipping costs for Switzerland are fixed: CHF 6.90 up to CHF 85.– of purchase. Above that, shipping is free.

Payment

“Online” orders can be paid in advance. Payments are secure and made through the Postfinance platform (MasterCard, Visa, Postfinance and Twint). Shipping against a 10-day invoice is possible. In some cases, advance payment may be required, either by credit card, bank transfer, or postal transfer.
