- Order data: delivery address, purchase history, payment data (managed by our providers: Postfinance, Twint)
- Data from Facebook Lead Ads forms: email address and answers to form questions, collected with your explicit consent

- Contact data without an order: 1 year from the last contact
- Data from Facebook Lead Ads forms: until you unsubscribe from the relevant email sequence
