Fill the spoon to 25 ml to get one daily dose of GELAFORM Collagen+ «Gold», then pour the powder into a drink or a yoghurt at room temperature and stir well. Use the spoon completely dry, as GELAFORM must be kept dry. Dishwasher-safe (up to 110 °C).
