Practical and easy to use
An automatic measurement at the press of a single button, with no settings to adjust. The large LCD screen is easy to read, and the 2-user capacity means two people can use it. Light (118 g), compact (70 × 75 × 25 mm) and battery-powered, it travels in its carrying case. It makes it easy to keep track of your readings and share them with your doctor.
Sit quietly for a few minutes. Place the cuff on the wrist and keep the wrist at heart level, with the forearm supported. Press the "On" button: the cuff inflates and measures automatically; do not move or talk during the measurement. The result is displayed within seconds. Ideally measure at the same time every day and note your readings. Store the device in its carrying case.
The measurement is oscillometric: as the cuff deflates, it picks up the oscillations of the artery wall and derives the systolic and diastolic pressures from them. At the wrist, position matters: the wrist must be kept at heart level, at rest, without moving or talking. Readings taken every day under the same conditions are easier to compare. An indicative reading that does not replace medical advice.
