GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
Before validating his/her order, the customer must accept these terms and conditions. By validating his/her order, he/she states that these have been read and understood.
These terms of sale are applied and valid as soon as the buyer sends his/her online order. By his/her order confirmation, the buyer agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions of sale.

Bio-Gestion SA only records essential data and, which is solely used within the scope of order processing as well as facilitating the shopping experience of returning customers. Personal data is always treated as confidential and is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

All our products are manufactured without animal testing.
Bio-Gestion SA complies with the moral code of the mail order industry aiming to better protect consumers. Our reputation acquired since 1983 is our pride and greatest asset.
Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs, VAT included. The shipping & handling costs are extra and calculated prior to checkout.
In case of error in the price of a product, Bio-Gestion SA may change the price, offering the customer the choice to cancel the order if the new price does not suit him.
Special offers are stricly limited in time and in quantity.
Except in cases where a product is out of stock, the order is usually completed within 24 to 72 hours after reception of the payment.
Under the Article 185 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, Bio-Gestion SA is no longer responsible for the package once it has been dispatched for shipping. In case of theft, loss of goods or a damaged package, Bio-Gestion SA can not be held responsible and is not required to compensate the customer in any way.
Online orders are paid in advance. Payments are secure and sent through our Datatrans platform (MasterCard and Visa accepted).
The final click of the buyer, under which the order is validated and sent, is the equivalent of an electronic signature. It has the same value as a handwritten signature, implying that the transaction was accepted by both parties as part of the bid and general terms of Bio-Gestion SA.
VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
Offers proposed by our company are valid only according to stock quantity. Bio-Gestion SA can not be held responsible for any product that is no longer available, out of stock or sold out. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the buyer will be informed and will have the possibility to cancel his/her order if he/she wishes to. The buyer may request either a refund or a replacement of his/her order by a product of equal value.
Bio-Gestion SA may modify and replace products according to the availability of its suppliers, without change in price, provided it is an equivalent product.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS OF GOODS
Claims must be made by phone or email, no later than 48 hours from the time the goods were received. A return without any prior contact will under no circumstances be accepted. We accept returned goods within the time limit of 7 days as long as the merchandise was not opened and only in the following cases:
If following a claim on your part, a return is required, you must mail the product if possible in the original packaging and postage then you will be fully refunded within 15 days after receiving the package.
Reimbursement of costs related to return, will be done via the payment card used for your purchase or by transfer to your postal or bank account.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The warranty offered by Bio-Gestion SA corresponds to that of its suppliers. Responsibility for Bio-Gestion SA is limited exclusively to the replacement of defective products.
For all cases not mentioned in these general terms of sale, the Swiss Code of Obligations prevails.
In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is in Nyon (Canton of Vaud, Switzerland).
